A: Please kindly check the following tips:
1.Programming is incorrect.
2.Water pressure is too low.
3.More than one start time is programmed with overlapping schedules.
4.Particles of dirt or debris stuck in valve.
5.Manual watering is on.
6.Faulty valve.
7.The faucet is off.

Q:How many water timers can be connected to the gateway?
A: At most 32 water timers.

Q:Can it work with Alice?
A:Yes,but this function is Bluetooth hub required then you can pair it to Alice.
