Instructions:
How to analyze soil fertility:
1. Remove the topsoil about 5 cm first; Then mash the soil down to a depth of 13 cm. And clean up all organic impurities in the soil that will affect the test results, such as leaves, roots, etc.
2. Soak the soil with water and form a mud. (It is best to use rain or distilled water).
3. Wipe the probe with a clean cotton or paper towel.
4. Dial the function key to the first gear from the left, up.
5. Insert the probe into the soil to be measured until the distance between the soil and the fuselage does not exceed 2.5 cm. Wait up to 10 seconds and read the data after the pointer stabilizes.
6. Record data. Remove the probe from the soil and clean the probe thoroughly. The criteria for judging the results of the analysis are as follows
TOO LITTLE
Less than 50 ppm nitrogen
Less than 4 ppm phosphorus
Potassium less than 50 ppm
IDEAL Range
50-200 ppm
4-14 ppm
50-200 ppm
TOO MUCH
More than 200ppm
>14 ppm
More than 200ppm
In ppm: parts per million
IF THE ANALYSIS SHOWS THAT "TOO LITTLE" MEANS: LACKING
Use liquid fertilizer to replenish your crops for the different plants you grow. (Please refer to the instructions on the fertilizer packaging bag for details)
If the analysis results show "IDEAL" means: ideal. Depending on the different plants you grow, use fertilizer, applied once a month in conjunction with irrigation.
If the analysis shows that "TOO MUCH" means: excess
1. Water a lot of water, dilute and rinse excess nutrients;
2. For potted plants, they should be replanted into new soil;
3. Do not apply any more chemical fertilizers, but add manure, compost, plant residues, leaves and other organic matter to the soil
How to analyze the pH of soil damage:
1. First remove the topsoil of the tested soil by about 5 cm; Then mash the soil down to a depth of 13 cm. And clean up the soil of organic impurities that will affect the test results, such as leaves, roots, etc.
2. Soak the soil with water and form a mud. (It is better to use rain or distilled water)
3. Dial the function key to the rightmost gear, up.
4. Moisten the probe. Wipe the rightmost root of the three probes with a clean pad.
5. Insert the probe completely into the soil to be measured.
6. Wait 1 minute to read the data.
7. After the test, wipe the probe stick clean and dry.
Special Notes:
Do not stick the probe into the soil for a long time, and do not test the liquid with this device to avoid damage to it.
